Zavalla Courts Offering to Show Forgiveness

The Zavalla Municipal Court is offering a Failure to Appear forgiveness program from March 1, 2017 through March 15, 2017. If you think or know you have warrants or a failure to appear, now is the time to get some of those fees reduced. The Court is offering the dismissal of the failure to appear if you pay your original citation in full between these dates. For more information call the Zavalla Municipal Court at 936-897-3311.

Don’t forget it is that time again…. Warrant Roundup! The Zavalla Police Department will be actively rounding up all people with warrants from the Municipal Court. If you come to the Court trying to take care of your citations, you will not be arrested. The Court operates Monday through Friday 8am-4:30 p.m. If you wish to speak with the Judge she is here on Tuesdays between 1-4p.m. Don’t wait until you go to renew your driver’s license to find out that you cannot because of a citation. Get it taken care of today!
